The Comfort Fit Dog Containment System by PetSafe works by delivering mild static correction through two contact points that touch your dog’s neck. The Transmitter plugs into a standard wall outlet and creates a radio signal which travels along the wire. A lightweight receiver is worn on your pet's collar. The receiver picks up the radio signal and alerts your pet when approaching the boundary wire. If your pet continues toward the boundary, your pet will receive a correction. The maintenance free design and ease of installation offers tremendous savings compared to conventional fencing.
